Story of a Poet: #18. ~After I die~

I wish I could shut my eyes
To make my heart pure before it dies
Intriguing the innocence and the lies
Notwithstanding the deadly cries
I wish I could go back in time
To revive my future into one sublime
And when still the reasons deform
My Life I know can transform
I love the people who make me smile
With no exploits and no beguile
If they are good enough to be the reason behind it
I would never give up whatever be the limit.
I wish I be ready and not deprive
To face the angel of death when it’ll arrive
Death is uncertainly certain I know.
And death is certainly uncertain I know.
I don’t want regrets after I die.
I don’t want to wake up after I lie.
